The Center for Latino Advocacy, Resources and Organizing (CLARO)’s mission is to build collective power within San Francisco's Latino community and other underserved communities by engaging in education, community organizing, and advocacy that promotes social justice, environmental justice, and civic engagement.

CLARO advocates for culturally rooted transportation planning that includes pedestrian safety, safe and consistent transit service, and community led advocacy.

Expanding digital equity and access to Technology
CLARO works to address the digital divide through community engagement and data collection around broadband access, digital literacy classes, and referrals to digital and hardware resources.

PREVENT AND MITIGATE POLLUTANTS AND TOXINS
CLARO educates and involves community residents in monitoring, preventing and mitigating neighborhood air pollution, water pollution, and toxic chemical usage in our neighborhoods, homes and businesses.
